YouTube via HouseOfRam — May 06, 2010 — "You can try on a Tissot watch in augmented 3d, on your computer, just with a webcam. This application is on the Tissot website (www.tissot.ch/reality).

You can hold your wrist in front of a webcam, to try on watches. You can even change models, colors and styles on your computer and see yourself in 3D and realtime.

With 28 different variations to choose from, consumers can try on different styles. The user can select the finish and color of their wristband from the Touch, Sailing-Touch, T-Touch Expert and Sea-Touch collection.

As well as seeing how the watch would look on your wrist, you are able to experiment with the (touch screen) features of the watches. This includes the diver functionality of the Sea Touch and the altimeter, meteo, compass and thermometer of the wider ranges.

Videos showcasing the unique features of each style will run alongside the visual of the watch on the wearers wrist. All the watches will also tell the correct time in digital and analogue.
